We've spent years delivering the best quality single origin coffee beans and delicious blends at affordable prices to our customers, and now it's tea's turn. We're delighted to add a carefully selected lineup of teas to our collection.

Here you'll find everything from a proper strong English Breakfast to ceremonial grade matcha, spiced masala chai and caffeine-free herbal teas, all of them loose leaf (or in the case of matcha, powder), because tea bags are basic.

Why tea?

Plenty of our coffee customers drink tea too. Maybe it's a cuppa in the afternoon, something caffeine-free in the evening, or a cheeky matcha. We wanted to bring you a collection of teas that align with our ethos of delivering on quality and flavour, without the inflated price tag.

Many UK tea drinkers use tea bags, and we get it. A tea bag is a quick and easy way to make a cuppa, but there's a downside, and that's flavour which generally suffers. That's becuase the tea inside bags are filled with small, broken pieces of leaf that brew quickly but often taste flat.

Loose leaf tea is different. It uses whole or large pieces of leaf, which have room to open up as they brew. The result? You get a fuller, rounder, more interesting cup.

Meet the range

Black teas

English Breakfast: Our everyday classic. It's strong, malty and full-bodied, made to stand up to a good splash of milk. This is the one for your first cup of the day.

Earl Grey: A full-leaf Ceylon black tea from Sri Lanka, flavoured with bergamot, a fragrant Italian citrus fruit. It has a fresh, zesty aroma and a rounded, orange rind flavour, with blue cornflowers mixed in for good looks.

Assam Maleng Estate: A single estate tea from India's Assam region. It's rich and sweet, with subtle notes of raisin, and a bit gentler than some punchier Assams. It's great with or without milk.

Masala Chai: Strong Ceylon black tea blended with warming cinnamon, fragrant cardamom and a kick of ginger. Brew it long, add milk and a little sugar or honey, and you've got proper chai.

Pumpkin Spice: Our seasonal treat. It's a black tea from Sri Lanka flavoured with pumpkin and warming spices, for a smooth, sweet and cosy cup. Autumn in a mug.

Green teas

Gunpowder: A classic Chinese green tea from Zhejiang province, with each leaf hand-rolled into a tiny pellet. It's fuller and bolder than most green teas, with a gentle smokiness and a smooth finish. It's also the base for Moroccan mint tea.

Ceremonial Grade Matcha: Our showstopper. It's a first-harvest spring matcha from Uji in Kyoto, stone-ground into a bright green powder. It's fresh, grassy and creamy with a rich, savoury depth, and it's lovely whisked with water or made into a latte.

Herbal and caffeine-free

Rooibos: A naturally caffeine-free herbal plant that grows only in South Africa. It brews into a warm, amber-red cup that's naturally sweet and smooth, with honeyed notes. It's also very forgiving, so it won't go bitter if you forget about it.

Peppermint: Pure peppermint leaves with no added oils or flavourings. It's cool, clean and properly refreshing, and a classic after dinner.

Berry Blues: Just like the blues, this one's got soul. It's a smooth, slightly tart blend of blueberries, apple pieces and hibiscus flowers, with no added sugar or sweeteners. It's naturally caffeine-free and great hot or iced.

Which tea should I try first?

  • For your morning cuppa: English Breakfast or Assam Maleng Estate
  • For an afternoon pick-me-up: Earl Grey, masala chai or matcha
  • For cosy autumn evenings: Pumpkin Spice, or rooibos if you want to skip the caffeine
  • After dinner: Peppermint
  • For something different: Gunpowder, Berry Blues or matcha
