We offer a range of single origin and our own unique blends alongside our fantastic flavoured coffees, hot chocolate and a selection of brewing equipment.

Gotham coffee is packed in high quality bags which include valves. Valves help keep coffee fresh by releasing gases and preventing oxygen from entering.

This means our coffee can be kept in the bag we ship it out in, or of course, if you prefer, you can decant it into your favourite airtight container.

To remain utterly delicious, Gotham coffee should be kept it in a cool place and out of direct harsh light, a kitchen cupboard is generally ideal. 

We can offer our free grinding services on any coffee beans you purchase of us. We use Mahlkonig EK43 for precision grind levels.

On our coffee product pages, you'll find a dropdown which provides you with 8 different options from whole beans to various coarse, medium and fine grinds depending on your preferred coffee brewing method.

We always have a naturally decaffeinated coffee in stock, which delivers the same Gotham coffee flavour experience, but is 99.9% caffeine free. Check out our Mexican Mountain Water Decaf.

We can also provide any of our flavoured coffees in decaf too, just select the decaf option on the product page. So that's one less thing to keep you up at night, right?

If you like it strong, you'll want to check out our Vietnam White Dragon coffee. This is a dark roast and it's also high in caffeine too in case you need a mega-boost. 

UK delivery is completely FREE on all orders over £25. For orders under £25 we charge £3.45 and us Royal Mail Tracked 48. All orders are fully tracked and once dispatched, delivery typically takes just 2-3 working days.

Your order can be tracked via the Royal Mail website.

Any parcels received damaged in transit must be reported directly to us by email orders@gothamcoffee.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food and drink products.

You're in luck, yes, we do offer coffee subscriptions. Flexible monthly subscriptions are available across the majority of the Gotham Coffee range.

Absolutely! If you're going on holiday or simply haven't run out of coffee yet, you can login to your account at any time to manage your subscription.

One of the options you'll see is to skip or reschedule your delivery, so you're in full control.

A Gotham Coffee UK subscription is super flexible, you can make changes at any time but logging into your account.

Once logged in, you can choose various options which include having your order sent early, you can skip it, change your coffee options or reschedule your delivery.

Our coffee subscriptions are easy to manage and put you in full control.

You can change your order, skip an order, change the delivery date or cancel your subscription in a few easy steps.

Login to your account (click the little person outline at the top right of the page) then choose "subscribe & save" to manage or cancel your subscription.
