This Mexican Mountain Water coffee is naturally decaffeinated resulting in a medium-roasted bean that keeps its complexity, combining honeyed sweetness with a creamy body and a suggestion of fruit and nut.

Mexican Water Decaf The green beans are sent for decaffeination at the Mountain Water facility in Veracruz, Mexico. Mountain Water Process is unique non-chemical decaffeination process that uses the clear waters from the highest mountain in Mexico, the Pico de Orizaba to gently remove the caffeine from the green beans.

In order to remove the caffeine, the water is passed through a filtration system. The caffeine is extracted, and the Pure Mountain Water Process Decaffeinated green beans are now 99.9% caffeine free.
