We aim to dispatch all orders placed online within 24 hours Monday to Friday however, if we have / had a promotion running, we appreciate your maximum patience for your order to be dispatched as there may be a delay of up to a week to dispatch (all orders will remain freshly prepared on the day it's dispatched).
Orders placed on bank holidays or during other closure periods will be dispatched as soon as possible, depending on the amount of orders we receive during this time.
Problems With Your Order
Any parcels received damaged in transit must be reported directly to us by email orders@gothamcoffee.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Any parcels received that are not complete or incorrect must also be reported directly to us by email, as above. Unfortunately claims cannot be considered outside this time frame.
Returns Policy
Please note we don't accept returns or exchanges on any food and drink products.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs for non-food products and the item must be returned in its original unused condition.
