Mexico Finca Monte Azul

Finca Monte Azul is a fantastic addition to our origin coffee line-up, and we're chuffed to bring it to you. From the highlands of Huatusco, Veracruz in Mexico, comes a coffee grown across 900 to 1,200m by Finca Monte Azul SA de CV, with care and craft passed down through a mix of traditional and regionally suited varieties.

The cherries are fully washed, giving a clean, balanced cup that lets the natural character of the beans shine through. The result? A coffee that's rounded and smooth, with notes of chocolate and toffee bringing sweetness, while blackberry, honey and citrus add a gentle fruitiness and a crisp finish.
