Meet Happy Capybara, our regional decaf from the sun-soaked Cerrado of Minas Gerais, Brazil. At 900m, this blend of Catuaí and Mundo Novo beans is nurtured by hundreds of local farmers, carefully curated in the labs of Patrocinio, and decaffeinated using the natural Sugarcane (E.A.) process.

The result? A coffee that’s rich in chocolate, rounded with caramel, and finished with a delightful nutty sweetness. Full-bodied, smooth, and utterly satisfying. Perfect for when you want all the flavour but none of the caffeine.
